Buying from Supertech Computers

Why should I buy a PC from Supertech Computers?

We have been building, selling and repairing desktop PC since 1995 and are one of the premier PC manufacturers of desktop PCs in Australia. We are a multi-award winning PC manufacturer. Over the past 27 years, we have seen many PC shops come and go. They use low grade parts or sell PCs without genuine Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Office to save them a few hundred dollars. They also do not have a pickup option or provide an onsite warranty. Be very careful of these online stores. They generally do not have a Facebook page or a Google My Business Page. These are the only 2 sites where end-users can provide genuine feedback. Don’t buy from an online PC store if they don’t have a Facebook page and a Google My Business site.

Supertech Computers is a Gold-level Intel Technology Provider, an ASUS Partner, and a Microsoft OEM Partner. You are most welcome to pickup your PC from our store and we do have the option of on site warranty which is provided by an Australia wide professional warranty company.

Can I visit your shop to discuss my requirements?

Yes, we highly recommend and welcome this. It is always great to talk face to face to discuss what your needs are. Please call us first and we will arrange a time for you to talk to a member of our team

How does the order process work?

Simply select the options that you want, ADD them to the CART and follow the checkout process. Make sure to click on ADD TO CART and not ADD TO QUOTE. Once this is done, we will send your order to the warehouse for customisation and final test. Meanwhile, we will send you an email within 2 working hours of receiving your order regarding payment. 

I need a computer urgently. Can I pickup today?
If you need a computer urgently then we can arrange same day pickup provided we receive a confirmed order by 11am.The computer will have to be picked up from our Brisbane computer store.
How do I Pay?
You can either pay by Cash (if picking up), Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Internet Bank Transfer or by depositing the funds into our bank account at any Westpac or Commonwealth bank branch. To minimise credit card fraud, we only accept Visa and MasterCard via BPAY.
Where are you?

We are moving – in order to serve you better, we are moving to a bigger warehouse / retails outlet with 27 car parking spaces. We will update this once we are at the new location.

Will the computer be ready to use when I get it?

Yes, all our computers are fully built, tested and ready to use when you get them. Simply setup the software or load the games you that you want. 


How do you deliver?
We use Fastway Couriers or Couriers Please. Generally, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days. All goods are fully insured.
Can I pick up?
Yes, we generally have most of the computers in stock and you are most welcome to pick it up from any of our two locations. Simply call us to place your order and we can have the goods ready for pick up within 5 working hours.
How soon can I expect to receive my PC?

It all depends on which PC you order, where you live and how quickly you arrange payment. If we have the PC in stock, we can ship it out to you within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your payment in our bank account. If you are in a rush and need a PC urgently, then simply call us after placing the order or state in the comments section of the order form that you need the PC ASAP. we will try our best to process your order quickly.


Do you offer Lay-By (Lay-Buy, Layby, Laybuy) or can I buy the computer on Payment
Yes, we offer layby as well as payment options on most of our desktop computers. You can buy the PC on layby and pay it over 8 weeks.
What if I need help Setting up the PC when I get it?
Simply call us when you get the PC and we will help you to set up the PC. All our PCs come pre-loaded with remote login software so that we can log in to your PC with your permission and help you set it up.
Is Windows pre-installed?
Your new computer will come ready to use. We will install the latest version of Windows, download and install all the latest updates and drivers as well. We will update the BIOS to the latest version.
Can I bring the PC back to you for repairs, service or upgrades?
Yes, you are most welcome to bring the computer to us for repairs, servicing or upgrades.
