How do I order?
We are currently
working on a new web site with online ordering. Till then please feel free
to either call us or use the online order form to place orders..
How do I Pay?
You can either pay by
Cash (if picking up), Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Internet Bank Transfer or by
depositing the funds into our bank account at any Westpac or Commonwealth
bank branch. To minimise credit card fraud, we only accept Visa and MasterCard
How do you deliver?
We use Fastway
Couriers or Couriers Please. Generally orders are delivered within 1 to 3
working days. All goods are fully insured.
Can I pick up?
Yes, we generally have
most of the computers in stock and you are most welcome to pick it up from
any of our two locations. Simply call us to place your order and we can have
the goods ready for pickup within 4 hours.
Where are you?
WE ARE MOVING - we
have listened to your suggestions and are currently moving to our new bigger
warehouse with heaps of storage and parking for 40 cars.
Is Windows Installed if I buy it
with the PC?
Yes, if you buy Microsoft
Windows from us then we do install it. We also download and install all the
latest updates for it.
What if I need help
Setting up the PC when I get it?
Simply call us when
you get the PC and we will help you to set up the PC. All our PCs come
pre-loaded with remote login software so that we can login to you PC with
your permission and help you set it up.
Why do have a limited
choice on Cases?
We ship our PCs
all over Australia. The cases that we use are designed to travel. These
cases allow for each and every part to be screwed in and properly secured
for travel. Most other cases have a screw-less design. These cases fail our
drop test and therefore we do not use them.
